Answer: A person who officiates at a wedding ceremony. Their main responsibility is to receive and witness the consent of the intended spouses and to ensure the legal formalities, and hence the validity of the marriage or civil union, are observed.

6. What can I expect from you as my officiant?
Answer: I ask all of my clients to complete a questionnaire so I can get a better understanding of who you are as a couple. I email you at least two ceremony options (you can decide the length of time, the word choice, the vows, etc.). I provide you with a list of wedding day tips. I can connect you with budget-friendly vendors. I arrive early to your location. I never book more than one wedding a day so you have my full attention and service.
